Q: What if the item I ordered is out of stock?
A: The item will be shipped to you as soon it is available from the manufacturer. You will be contacted by e-mail as to the next available shipping date.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, your order may be cancelled ifithas not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it for a refund.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must have the complete Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is prominently displayed on the shipping label. All original packaging, materials, accessories, manuals and booklets must be returned with the product. Returns are for replacements only. Replacement credit will be issued at the purchase price or current selling price, whichever is lower. All non-defective items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
